You should know that the thrift we offer is the best of the best (or otherwise clearly stated - we are an open book). We carefully hand select CURRENT (5 years or newer), ON-TREND items only! We weed out items to ensure that rips, tears, stains, excess wear, missing buttons etc are NOT things that will show up on your doorstep. We use a system that assigns a condition to each item so that you know exactly what you're getting. Look for BNWT, EUC, GUC or PLAY when selecting your items. HERE is a break down of what each of our quality categories mean.
